for 2011 i want to be healthy and fit!!
so i tried the zumba dvds but i was very uncoordinated!! so for christmas the hubs got me with wii zumba!!
so i plan to continue with wii yoga, strengthning, and aerobics and add in the zumba...
i am not huge but i am not as happy with how i look, after four years of marriage, 2 deployments (number 3 soon) and a baby my body isnt what it once was... yes i am not a young 20 something but no one said when u hit 30 u need to be out of shape and "mom" looking, right?
the other day i got weighted and it said 140, ugh i know at 5'9" that isnt bad but for me its just not me!
goals-
1. flatten stomach
2. tone legs
3. strength back (posture sucks!)
4. just tighten everything
5. maybe get down to 120 (i was thinking 115 but everyone hears that and seems me and thinks i am crazy)
so we will see!!!
